Ninja Runners Self Defense Workshop
Tiffany Johnson, a 4th-degree black belt and A Snail’s Pace co-owner, will present real-life running scenarios while providing hands-on instructions on how to defend yourself without the use of pepper sprays, zappers, or your keys.
During this 90 minute workshop, you will become comfortable with getting physical against potential attackers and practicing self-defense tactics, like palm, knee, and elbow strikes, as well as how to defend yourself against wrist grabs, unwanted hugs, and shoves.
Tiffany is a certified Barracuda Self Defense instructor who has been training Korean Martial Arts of Tan Soo Do (the same style as Chuck Norris!) for more than 15 years. All workshops start at 6:30 pm. Please wear athletic attire.
