    Superfeet Demo + Injury Screen by Dr. Stromberg: Monrovia
      Come run with us. Everyone is invited; fast, slow, and everyone in between! Arrive early to demo our line of Superfeet insoles.   To participate in the Injury Screen, you must return to the Monrovia store by 6:40 pm. Screening will begin at 6:45 pm.   Injury Screens with a Doctor of Physical Therapy   Join us for an interactive workshop designed to keep you running strong, efficient, and injury-free with Monrovia Physical Therapist Madia Stromberg. We'll cover the most common running injuries, break down why strength training is essential for performance and resilience, and perform injury screens. Discover your specific mobility, strength, or endurance deficits so you can fix any imbalances to keep you hitting the pavement or trails.   What to expect:   Injury Screens: Pinpoint mobility, strength, and endurance gaps. Injury Prevention Breakdown: Learn to recognize and manage common running injuries.
