Come run with us. All ages, all paces, and all experience levels are welcome.
Before our weekly run begins, Sal Chaves from Lead the Way Fitness will lead a short strength session focused on helping runners move better, stay strong, and support their training beyond the miles.
We'll meet at 5:45 pm and start the run at 6:00 pm.
The route is just under 5 miles and finishes back at A Snail's Pace before 7:00 pm for light refreshments and community time after the run.
