When is your favorite time to run?
At the intersection of dark to light…starting time…4:00 AM to 4:15 AM, love it! Place me in Signal hill, put me at the bottom of the Stanley Street hill for repeats, all is well in my life and the world. Once back to my car at an hour and a half later…a celebration of the accomplishment, bring on the day!
What is your favorite race?
Our favorite races always reflect out best times, don’t they? Paramount 10K: 39:00 and change, Las Vegas 1/2 marathon: 1:25 and change, Portland Marathon at 59, won’t share the time…..SLOW! In spite of my time, I qualified for “The Boston Marathon” and had the privilege of challenging her course in 2013 and 2014, very proudly I might add! An “OVER THE TOP” experience, Boston Strong is underrated and would love to go back…running GODS willing!
Why do you run?
For over forty years, my best friend, non-judgmental partner, saving grace, counselor, go to person and so much more…need I say more?
