    Superfeet Demo + Injury Screen by Dr. Stromberg: Monrovia
      Come run with us. Everyone is invited; fast, slow, and everyone in between! Arrive early to demo our line of Superfeet insoles.   To participate in the Injury Screen, you must return to the Monrovia store by 6:40 pm. Screening will begin at 6:45 pm.   Injury Screens with a Doctor of Physical Therapy   Join us for an interactive workshop designed to keep you running strong, efficient, and injury-free with Monrovia Physical Therapist Madia Stromberg. We'll cover the most common running injuries, break down why strength training is essential for performance and resilience, and perform injury screens. Discover your specific mobility, strength, or endurance deficits so you can fix any imbalances to keep you hitting the pavement or trails.   What to expect:   Injury Screens: Pinpoint mobility, strength, and endurance gaps. Injury Prevention Breakdown: Learn to recognize and manage common running injuries.     St. Paul the Apostle 5K
      Registration Includes: All registrants will receive a race bib equipped with electronic chip timing for accurate race results, 5K T-Shirt, finisher medal, and grab-n-go snacks (banana, water, power bar).   Bib Pick Up: This year, St. Paul has partnered with Snails Pace (located across the street at The Shoppes) for bib pick up. Bib pick up will be on Friday, October 2, 2026 from 4 - 8 pm. Please bring a photo ID to obtain your bib. Snails Pace Address: 13920 City Center Dr Ste 4042, Chino Hills, CA 91709   Course Information: The race will begin at 7:30 AM at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church and features a relatively flat route consisting of both paved and dirt paths that run alongside the Boys Republic, which is adjacent to church grounds. The total course distance is approximately 5K (3.1 Miles) and will end back on church grounds. • A water station will be provided at the midpoint of the course to support participants. • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner medals will be awarded per age group at the end of the walk/run. • No pets allowed.   Safety: Volunteers and signage will be posted along the course for guidance and safety. Accessibility: Strollers and walkers are welcome.   Breakfast for Sale: After many years of generously donating their time and services to support our annual 5K, Geezers, will no longer be providing breakfast for this year’s event. We are incredibly grateful for their years of generosity and support of our race and community! This year, breakfast options will be available for purchase and provided by Boys Republic.     Mission Inn Half Marathon Pacing
      See you at the start line. Find the crew with the pacing sticks and the biggest smiles. Time goals, good vibes, or both — we’re here to help you crush it.   The 49th Annual Mission Inn Foundation Run returns to downtown Riverside on October 18, 2026!   The Mission Inn Foundation Run, a signature Riverside event and key fundraiser for the Mission Inn Foundation, has been a Southern California Tradition for nearly 50 years. This historic race has traditionally launched in downtown Riverside, winding through the parks, landmarks, and historic neighborhoods of our town.    Proceeds support the nonprofit Mission Inn Foundation and Museum.   Races include the 5K, 10K, and ½ Marathon with a dedicated 5K Walk (perfect for the kids and pups!) Everyone from competitors to casual strollers invited to join us!   • All participants will receive the 2026 limited edition dry-tech Mission Inn Foundation Run T-shirt • All participants will receive a 2026 finisher medal • All participants will receive a limited-edition non-woven reusable tote bag
